90 Day Warranty

  • All products are covered under warranty for 90 days after you receive your purchase.
  • Refunds are processed for material only and a 10% restocking fee may apply. Parts will only be accepted in original purchased condition. We do not refund for initial shipping cost.
  • You must notify us of the problem and receive an RMA within the 90 days of receiving your purchase.
  • To initiate a warranty return, email us at fredlandsupplycompany@gmail.com or give us a call us at ‪(240) 422-8432‬ to initiate a return or exchange.
  • If we have a replacement part in stock, we will replace the part immediately.
  • If we do not have a replacement part in inventory we will issue a refund upon return of the purchased item(s).

Limitation of Liability

Fredland Supply Company’s liability to the Buyer in relation to any Warranty claim made by the Buyer is limited to the price paid for the purchase. In no case will Fredland Supply Company’s liability exceed the amount paid by the purchaser. Fredland Supply Company is not affiliated with any fire alarm manufacturers or dealers. We buy, sell, and liquidate fire alarm and parts. All fire alarm and security parts shall be installed and tested by certified fire alarm and/or security professionals as required by all local codes and NFPA.
